Green Acres In The Finger Lakes

Green Acres is the place to be! Located in the Finger Lakes close to the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen and so much more. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1890's farmhouse sits on 17 acres featuring a pond for fishing, plenty of green grass for picnics, counting the stars in the night sky, playing yard games, making s'mores at the firepit, relaxing in the hammock and enjoying the 7-person hot tub. It's the perfect couples retreat as well as an ideal family retreat.

Located on the entry level is a bedroom featuring a queen size bed and the charm of the 1890’s. The open space living room is most inviting with all new furniture including a queen size pull out sofa with an upgraded mattress, 65" television and cozy furnishings throughout. You may access the front porch through the living room where you will find a relaxing spot in the rocking chair or on the swing to plan your day. There is a side porch just off of the kitchen where you may enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beauty of nature. Just between the kitchen and spacious living room is the dining room with a table for 8. The laundry room is on the 1st floor as well as a ¾ bathroom. Wander upstairs into the loft bedroom featuring 2 twin size beds and a reading nook. On the left you will find the 3rd bedroom offering a king-size bed and 55” TV. The second full bathroom with a tub and shower is located on this level. The backyard offers bocce ball, cornhole, croquet, a hammock, a tree swing, a hot tub, a clothesline for hanging your wet towels and suits, and a new fire-pit with more than enough Adirondack chairs throughout the property for visiting or nature watching. The owners have put a lot of effort into making this your home away from home! We look forward to hosting your stay.

Norris View is the perfect location for a fun family retreat. Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms a large open kitchen, dining room and living room along with nearly 12 secluded acres to explore.

Upon entering the home you walk into the kitchen, to the right is the living room and dining room.  This modern kitchen is well equipped for the chef in your group to cook the most fabulous meals to pair with the best wine the Finger Lakes has to offer. Take a left and the master suite is on the left-hand side offering a brand new, modern bathroom and a king size bed. Across the hall is the utility room that houses a washer and dryer, both available for guest use. Wander a bit further and find a second bedroom that also offers a king size bedroom. Just across the hall is another full bathroom with both a tub and shower. A bit further down the hall on the right is another bedroom offering 2 twin beds. Across from the 3rd bedroom is a well-equipped game room with a tv and sofa. This is the perfect place to keep the littles entertained. 

But wait, there is more! This home has a saltwater pool available for guest from Memorial Day through Labor Day. In addition, April of 2024 there will be a beautiful brand-new hot tub to enjoy and take in the views of the valley.  In the Fall enjoy the apple trees that greet you while driving down the long driveway to the home. There is something to do in every season at this home.

This property is perfectly located in a countryside setting with trails and 2 ponds to enjoy during your stay. The entry level bedrooms are private while the loft is open and offers it’s own sitting area and desk.

For our guests who have to work remotely the loft is the perfect place to log on and get some work done in private.

Keuka Glory offers the most spectacular  sunsets on Keuka Lake. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home has everything you will need for your family vacation on Keuka Lake. 

Step into the home into a wide open living room, dining room and kitchen. The large wi does along the living room offer stunning views of the lake. Take a right down the hall and the first room you see is on the right. This guest room offers a comfortable queen size bed along with a closet and luggage rack for your belongings. The next room is the full bathroom with a tub that sits I between the first and second guest rooms. The second guest room offers a queen size bed and closet as well. Across the hall is the large, beautiful master suite with a king size bed, large French doors allowing for a stunning view and a full size bathroom. Take a soak in the jetted tub after a long day of exploring The Finger Lakes. Going back towards the living area and beyond the dining room you will see a 1/2 bath on the right and a set of stairs to your left. Once down the stairs you walk into a large open area with a queen size bed, sofa and the 3rd full bathroom. 

There is plenty of room to spread out in this freshly painted home. The hardwood floors throughout the upstairs bedrooms, dining room and kitchen are stunning. 

The extra large wrap around deck offers the perfect place to enjoy that bottle of wine from your favorite winery or the perfect cup of coffee. There is a swimming pool offered between Memorial Day and Labor Day. 

Bring along your sled in the wintertime and enjoy the perfect hill for sled riding or bring your favorite yard games as there is plenty of level yard to enjoy a game of corn hole or kickball. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall this home has it all.

Welcome to “The Cabin”.  Located outside of Hammondsport, 5 minutes to the Waneta-Lamoka boat launch, 25 minutes to Watkins Glen, and close to the Keuka and Seneca Lake Wine Trails. This home offers something for everyone. 

Situated on 2 acres of land with a private pond, fire pit, hot tub and most of all visitors from the wildlife. Frequent visits from deer, turkey, rabbits, foxes, groundhogs and blue heron make for a unique vacation experience to the Finger Lakes. 

The entry level offers a bedroom with a queen size bed along with a full newly renovated bathroom, full kitchen that opens to the dining and living area of the home. Upstairs is the master bedroom, offering a queen size bed, full newly remodeled bathroom and an additional sleeping space with a twin over full bunk. 

High speed internet and the Serenity of this beautiful cabin make this an ideal vacation home for those who may need to work a bit while traveling to the Finger Lakes Region.

Enter Porch Charming through the side door and into this groovy retro-style dining room. Once through the dining room, you have a large open kitchen that carries the same theme. With a pop of yellow throughout, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a special meal to pair with the perfect glass of Finger Lakes wine. 

The first level of this home offers 2 living room areas, a full bathroom, and a laundry area on the entry-level. Take a look around at the decor and artwork. We love this home for its attention to detail and pops of color throughout the home. 

Upstairs on the left, you will enter the bright and beautiful twin bedroom. There are 2 twin-sized beds in this room. Wander down the hall and find the second and third bedrooms, both offering king-size beds. In between these two rooms is another full bathroom. 

The real star of this vintage home is the enclosed seasonal porch along with the fenced-in side yard. Enjoy the peace of Hammondsport. Located right on Liberty Park and just 1 block from Depot Park, this home is perfect for a fun family getaway. 

Just one block from Shethar and Mechanic Street the dining and entertainment options are abundant. We recommend stopping by The Village Tavern Restaurant for a unique, New Orleans-inspired menu and a fun bar experience. Hands down, Crooked Lake Ice Cream Company is an excellent breakfast spot or a great place to grab an ice cream cone on your walk to Depot Park for a swim in Keuka Lake. Stop by Patina and shop at this local antique store. There is always a treasure within.

This home offers 1 bedroom with a 1/2 bathroom on the entry level with a queen size bed and 3 more large bedrooms upstairs. You are invited to enjoy the wine room that offers plenty of vinyl records along with a record player for you to enjoy.  Also downstairs is a full bathroom with a large tub perfect for soaking in. 

Upstairs you will find a full bathroom along with 3 bedrooms and an entertainment room. 

The first upstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed along with an outdoor deck perfect for your morning coffee or that perfect wind down wine before bed. 

The second bedroom offers a queen size bed plus a twin. The last bedroom offers another queen size bed.
