Serenity On Lamoka

Serenity on Lamoka has all the conveniences of home. Walk towards the hallway that leads to the first of three bedrooms. Open the door to a queen size bed, dresser and nightstand. During the warm months this room also provides a window a/c unit. Across the hall is a newly renovated full bathroom with a nice deep bathtub to relax and unwind from the day. Look across the hall to the right and notice the second bedroom also offering a queen size bed, dresser and nightstand. This room also offers a window a/c unit. Back across the hall is the third bedroom offering a twin trundle bed. Although nobody wants to do laundry on vacation, there is a washer and dryer behind the closet doors in this room. 

Step out onto the lake facing deck and enjoy the serenity all around. Enjoy the kayaks and canoe available for our guests to use. The newly added fire pit area is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite Finger Lakes Wine. 

With so much to do in the area, I have created a guidebook with a few of our favorites. Taughannock Falls, Watkins Glen State Park, Weiss Vineyard, Glendora and so much more are just a short drive away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

This home offers a lakeside cabin to hang out in while at the lake. The home sits just beyond the cabin, across the road. Lakefront you will find a canoe, kayaks and a paddle board for guest use. Bring your boat and tie up to the dock if you wish. There is a boat launch nearby. 

Offering 4 bedrooms, 1 one the entry level and the others on the second floor, there will be plenty of space for all!

Memory Island is situated on Lamoka Lakes famed Wellers Island. The main home sits across the road from the private beachfront and has 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a well-equipped kitchen. Views from the dining room are amazing.

The lower-level bedroom offers a queen- size bed and is situated across the hall from the bathroom. Upstairs, on the right, you will find a bedroom offering a full-size bed as well as a twin bed. Across the hall, you will find a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and a fantastic lake view. The last bedroom adorns a full-size bed as well as a twin.

The kitchen and living room of this home offers a large open space big enough for your party to congregate and cook a fabulous meal. This home offers a patio space facing the lake with a propane grill and ample room for all.

It doesn't stop there. Lakeside you will find a 1 room cabin with a full-size futon and desk. Perfect for that family member that needs a quiet space for work or distance education.

This lakefront offers a private dock to tie up your boat as well as 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, and a paddleboard. Enjoy a nice bonfire lakeside and create memories that will last a lifetime. There is a boat launch right on the island.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and private full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with easy access to the hallway full bathroom. The living room offers a queen size pull out.

Welcome to Wagner Road Retreat. This cozy, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed. The full bathroom , laundry, kitchen, dining room and living room are all located in the first floor. 

Enter this beautiful, newly renovated kitchen and dining room and look at the details that went  it this space. From the live edge table to the large deck overlooking the lake, no details were overlooked. 

Upstairs you will find a bedroom with 3 full beds along with a separate loft to work from. 

This large, level and spacious yard is the perfect place to play yard games or just relax by the fire.

Enter this home into the dining room and a magnificent picture window with cozy chairs to take in the sunrise or to just sit and look at the lake. Off the dining room to the left is the first of 3 entry level bedrooms. This room offers a set of twin bunkbeds. Just down the hall is bedrooms 2 and 3 both offering queen size beds. The full bathroom is located down this hallway as well. Come back down the hallway towards the well-equipped kitchen, and you will see the stairs that go to the lower level. On the lower level is a large living room, a reading nook and the master bedroom. The master bedroom attaches to a large bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The French doors allow you to walk right out to the soft sided hot tub and the lake. Grab your marshmallows and sit at the firepit to enjoy the peace of lakefront living. 

This home offers a large single person canoe to enjoy as well as a screened in gazebo right at the water.

Welcome to Blue moon on Weller Island. Take a step inside and note the guest sleeping space on the right offering a queen size bed. Wander through the doorway into the open kitchen, living room and dining area. Off the living room is a full size bathroom with a shower. Take a walk up the stairs and notice the bedroom on the right offering a full size bed and just an across the hallway is the second full bathroom also with a shower. Just beyond the bathroom is another bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed to enjoy. The last bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and also offers a queen size bed and the window offers a beautiful view of Lamoka Lake. 

Step out onto the deck and find a spacious place to enjoy the propane barbecue grill and a relaxing fire pit area to enjoy along with a private dock.

Bring your boat, this home offers a dock to tie up to and 10 feet of lakefront. Perfect for getting in and off the boat and launching a kayak.

This new home with modern appliances provides a master bedroom en-suite with a king size bed and large closet.

Down the hall is a guest bedroom that offers a queen size bed, another full bathroom and across the hall, the 3rd bedroom. The last bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin over full and a twin pull out mattress.
